Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
Generate leads and acquire new customers
Present and explain company services to homeowners
Close sales and manage follow-ups
Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Schedule
Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
Monday–Saturday
Seasonal summer position
Compensation
Commission-based pay + performance bonuses
Average first-year earnings: $8,000–$35,000 for the summer
Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed
Additional incentives available for high performers
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation required
Must be available for full summer schedule

Previous sales experience
Customer service experience
Experience in retail, marketing, or canvassing
