Territory Sales Representative
to join their team. This role will manage an assigned territory in the Southeast or Midwest, and candidates must reside in one of these states. The ideal candidate is a true hunter, responsible for prospecting new business, conducting cold calls, scheduling onsite visits, providing product training, and building relationships within the territory. Experience or knowledge in pools and liners, outdoor living products and furniture, exterior laminates, or related categories is required. This position involves travel for onsite training, trade shows, customer visits, and occasional overnight stays. Responsibilities Manage and grow an assigned territory in the Southeast or Midwest. Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, and lead follow-up. Conduct onsite visits with customers to present products and solutions. Provide product training and support to clients, distributors, and sales partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Attend trade shows, industry events, and regional meetings to promote products. Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report results to management. Identify market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities. Meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance metrics. Qualifications Experience in outside sales, preferably in lifestyle, outdoor living, pools and liners, furniture, exterior laminates, or related industries. Strong hunter mentality with a results-driven, proactive approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with frequent travel, including customer site visits, trade shows, and overnight stays. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a remote territory independently. Must reside in the Southeast or Midwest United States.
