We’re hiring an
Account Manager
to drive
B2B sales , expand our
client portfolio , and strengthen relationships across the
Greater Houston
market. You’ll blend
business development ,
client relationship management , and
branch coordination
to deliver top talent and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Own a territory plan and
prospect
daily (cold calls, visits, networking) to build a qualified
sales pipeline
across construction, industrial, and skilled trades.
Convert leads to new
client accounts
with compelling
presentations ,
proposals , and solution‑based pricing.
Grow and retain
existing accounts through proactive service, jobsite visits, and consultative
account management .
Partner with Regional Managers and branch teams to ensure
on‑time placements ,
contract compliance , and
profitable margins .
Ensure
safety expectations
are communicated; complete new client
safety checklists
and promote
OSHA‑aligned
practices.
Represent PROMAN at
industry events, trade associations, and local networking
to increase brand presence and referrals.
What You Bring
2+ years
of
sales/account management
experience (staffing or
skilled trades/industrial
preferred).
Strong
sales process
skills across
prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing .
Excellent
communication & presentation
abilities with decision‑makers in operations, safety, and HR.
Proficiency with
CRM systems
and Microsoft
Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook ; disciplined time and territory management.
Self‑starter with a
collaborative , high‑energy approach who thrives in a
field‑based
role.
Ability to travel across the
Greater Houston area
to customer jobsites; occasional overnight travel.
