Responsibilities
Partner with sales and distribution teams to develop strategies that accelerate revenue
Analyze metrics to identify trends and execute programs for growth
Support and enable the sales process while identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence the digital technology stack
Create and deliver scalable sales programs aligned with global initiatives driven by data analytics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field; MA or MBA preferred
1 - 3 years of experience supporting B2B and B2C sales in a two-tier sales environment
3 - 5 years in designing and implementing business continuous improvement processes
High level of business acumen with strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in MS 365 platform tools including CoPilot, Dynamics, and PowerBI
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales technology tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence at multiple organizational levels
Previous experience in a sales enablement or training role
