What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop strategies and objectives with sales, channel, and distribution teams to accelerate revenue
Analyze metrics to identify trends and proactively execute growth programs
Support and enable the sales process by collaborating with senior sales leadership on improvements
Influence the digital technology stack in relation to systems, tools, and procedures
Create and deliver scalable sales programs that align with global initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field; MA or MBA preferred
1-3 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales in a two-tier sales environment
3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing continuous improvement processes
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in MS 365 tools, including CoPilot, Dynamics, and PowerBI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in supporting inside and outside sales teams
Knowledge of sales technology tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
Familiarity with data analytics to drive performance outcomes
