What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in Federal/SLED sectors

Manage sales volume with existing customers while prospecting and acquiring new customers

Implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned territory

Share market insights and competitor information with relevant teams

Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs for effective sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

3 or more years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position

Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC

Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM tools

Minimum educational requirement: BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Direct sales experience to HD Supply facility customers

Bilingual abilities

Experience with a large volume of product lines

Familiarity with consultative selling/solution selling techniques

Organizational skills and tech-savvy capabilities
