Overview
Develop and implement a donor stewardship plan to strengthen relationships with supporters and re-engage lapsed donors. Support individual donor cultivation, personalized communication, and engagement tracking. Assist with fundraising events, recurring donor growth, donor research, leadership meetings, fundraising communications, and grant and report support. Responsibilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders. Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with Google Suite. Experience with donor databases or CRM systems preferred. Reliable internet required. Ability to work in person in Albuquerque or remotely via Zoom. Willingness to travel occasionally and work evenings or weekends as needed. Comfortable learning new systems quickly. Other Information/Requirements
This is an hourly, part-time, temporary position averaging 15–20 hours per week for 26 weeks. Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour and may increase based on experience and expertise. There is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position as budget allows. This position reports directly to EQNM’s Chief Liberation Officer. $18.50–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.
