What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the employer's mission by engaging and stewarding new, current, and lapsed donors through strategic relationships
Create acquisition strategies for managed locations and develop plans to achieve fundraising goals
Steward re-engaged donors identified through Direct Mail Campaigns
Develop timely and accurate data and reporting on donor engagement
Communicate effectively with donors and prospective donors to enhance their support and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, marketing, or communications
Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Valid driver's license and approved driver on the employer's Driver Qualification Program
Ability to travel throughout the division as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with data-informed strategies for donor engagement
Familiarity with both digital and direct mail fundraising campaigns
Strong communication skills for donor interactions
Proven track record in developing successful fundraising strategies
