Pay Range:
$70,000$110,000+ annually based on skills and performance
Schedule:
Flexibility with hours; potential to work up to 12-hour days
Overtime:
Available and encouraged for high performers

Your New Role
As an HVAC Sales Technician, youll be the face of the company on every call, diagnosing issues, offering solutions, and closing the sale with confidence and integrity. Youll be responsible for maintaining and repairing systems while also identifying service upgrades that truly benefit the customer. Your day-to-day will include: Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with precision
Performing planned maintenance and new system installations
Communicating clearly with customers about issues, options, and pricing
Educating homeowners on system operations and preventative maintenance
Selling service upgrades, accessories, and club memberships
Keeping your vehicle, tools, and job sites clean and professional
Participating in morning meetings, training sessions, and retreats
Using company-provided systems to stay organized and efficient
Hiring Expectations:

Must have a valid mechanical journeyman license
High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus
Proven ability to communicate technical information to homeowners
Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance
Strong customer service and in-home sales skills
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Must pass random drug testing
Ability to lift to 75 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Comfortable using handheld power tools and safety equipment
