Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager
to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This is a full-time, in-person role for a proven social media professional who understands digital culture, content systems, and platform strategy — and is ready to operate at a high level in a fast-moving, purpose-driven functional wellness environment.
In this role, you will report and work closely with our Creative Director to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategy across multiple platforms. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a mid-level expert who understands process, takes ownership, and can help build scalable systems that drive measurable growth.
Position Overview The Social Media Manager will oversee the coordination, execution, and performance of all social media initiatives. This role requires someone who understands how to:
Integrate repeatable content systems
Execute with excellence and consistency
Analyze performance data and adjust strategy
Maintain high creative standards while honoring brand voice
Operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with leadership
This is a hands-on execution role — not a people-management position — but it requires leadership-level ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms
Develop and maintain structured content calendars and workflow systems
Capture high-quality photo and video content (smartphone proficiency required; camera experience preferred)
Oversee short-form content strategy (Reels, vertical video, behind-the-scenes content)
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to inform optimization
Manage community engagement, including comments and direct messages
Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging digital shifts
Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and creative excellence at all times
Support content production days and creative initiatives
Required Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of professional social media experience
Demonstrated success growing or managing established social platforms
Strong understanding of content systems, workflows, and performance metrics
Proficiency in short-form content strategy and platform trends
High-level organizational skills and operational discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment in DFW
Reliable transportation

Experience in the medical, wellness, or functional medicine space
Who We’re Looking For (A-Player Traits)
We are intentionally hiring for character and performance.
The ideal candidate is:
An A-player who takes extreme ownership of outcomes
Humble, coachable, and committed to continuous growth
Fun, energetic, and positive in a team environment
Emotionally intelligent and empathetic in communication
Trustworthy, dependable and great with people
