As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will work directly with business owners and individual clients to provide proactive tax planning, advisory services, and strategic guidance. This role is ideal for a CPA or Enrolled Agent with 3-5 years of public accounting experience who enjoys building client relationships and helping businesses make informed financial decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Advise business owners and individual clients on tax planning strategies, entity structure, and year-round tax optimization opportunities. Build and manage client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for tax-related questions and planning discussions. Prepare and review business and individual tax returns, while ensuring accuracy, minimizing tax liabilities, identifying planning opportunities, and providing proactive recommendations Collaborate with firm leadership and other advisors to support client growth. Contribute to team development through internal training and education Stay current on tax law changes while applying insights to client situations and sharing knowledge with colleagues to maximize opportunities YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

CPA or EA with 3-5 years’ experience Proven experience in tax preparation and review (corporate, partnership, individual) Strong understanding of tax compliance and strategy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field WHY WORK WITH US?
