Assist with contract documents, including RFPs, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements Review terms and conditions for compliance and risk, escalating complex issues as needed Maintain contract records and track information in the employer’s contract lifecycle management tool Support the Contracts Director with research related to regulatory requirements Coordinate acceptance and signature processes with appropriate signatories Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and current permanent U.S. work authorization Minimum of 2 years of contract management experience Understanding of government contracting procedures and basic knowledge of the FAR Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and AI tools Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
