Assist with contract documents, including RFPs, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements Review terms and conditions for compliance and risk assessment, escalating complex issues as needed Maintain contract records and track key information in the contract lifecycle management tool Support the Contracts Director with research related to regulatory requirements Coordinate acceptance and signature processes with appropriate signatories Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and current permanent U.S. work authorization required 2+ years of contract management experience Understanding of government contracting procedures and contract types, including familiarity with FAR Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and AI tools Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
