Chicago - International Account Executive
Prospect and secure new business for international air and ocean freight services
Manage and grow a portfolio of international shipping accounts
Identify customer pain points and design customized global logistics solutions
Collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas partners to ensure seamless execution
Prepare and present pricing proposals and service recommendations
Monitor market conditions, trade lane trends, and regulatory considerations
Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets
Qualifications
3+ years of international freight forwarding or global logistics sales experience
Strong understanding of air and ocean freight, Incoterms, and international trade practices
Proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new business
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
