Responsibilities

Support and maintain a deep understanding of the employer's sales processes to ensure accurate execution
Enter, update, and manage sales orders with precision and timeliness
Submit and track special billing requests for proper client invoicing
Partner with Account Executives to create compelling client proposals and presentations
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding spot times, schedules, and campaign details
Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Technical aptitude, with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike, and Veritone as a plus
A great attitude, flexibility, and creativity
Understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn about media sales
Preferred Qualifications

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
