4pm - 12:30Am Monday - Saturday

We are hiring
Roof & Floor Truss Builders
to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build
engineered wooden trusses used in residential and commercial construction.
This is a
hands-on position
ideal for individuals with experience in
construction, framing, carpentry, warehouse work, or manufacturing .
No truss experience?
We provide on-the-job training.

Work Schedule Monday – Friday
1st Shift:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift:
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
(Shift differential available)
What You’ll Do Assemble
roof and floor trusses
using pre-cut lumber
Position and secure
lumber components and metal plates
Use hand tools such as
hammer and tape measure
Operate production equipment as trained
Inspect completed trusses for
quality and accuracy
Stage finished trusses for shipping
Maintain a
safe and clean work environment
What We’re Looking For Preferred experience:
Construction
Carpentry or framing
Manufacturing or production work
Lumber or building materials
Required:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow safety procedures
Physical Requirements Lift up to
50 pounds regularly
Stand and move throughout shift
Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
Work in a
manufacturing environment
Requirements Reliable transportation
Valid identification
Ability to pass
drug screen and hearing test
Must follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Tools Required Employees must provide:
Steel toe or hard sole work boots
22–24 oz hammer
Hammer holder
25’–30’ tape measure
Safety equipment including glasses, ear protection, and reflective gear is provided at no cost.
