Job ID: 3202106 | Amazon.com Services LLC Application deadline: Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis Lead Fulfillment Associate The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant and Shipping Clerk. All role types will include performing production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them and keeping their work areas safe. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center. There are several types of roles that hold different job-specific responsibilities including:
Responsibilities
ISS Representative: Maintain the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the FC, report and re-escalate tickets submitted to Retail, Vendor Management and Catalog. Resolve items that cannot be received under normal conditions and handle Retail requests from Corporate.
Process Assistant: Support daily management of department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, assign duties, communicate with internal and external suppliers. Escalate barriers to Operations leaders. Drive standard work in Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet daily goals.
Dock Clerk: Manage inbound flow from scheduling to time of receipt. Communicate with carriers, corporate transportation, management and dock personnel. Plan inbound arrivals, ensure carrier compliance, manage buffers and lead dock personnel.
Receiving Clerk: Schedule inbound deliveries, monitor appointments, communicate with carriers and receivers. Maintain knowledge of scheduled deliveries and train back-up clerks as needed.
Shipping Clerk: Coordinate with shipping companies, use multiple systems to ship and track packages. Align trailers to dock doors and cross docks using OMA tools. Ensure compliance with Trailer Dock Release programs.
Non-Inventory Receive Clerk: Work with Procurement to manage non-inventory goods. Organize supplies, research missing shipments, stage products, and operate PIT equipment. Track and receive non-inventory goods.
Regulated Waste Coordinator: Lead the Waste Program within the FC, ensuring compliant handling of product and hazardous waste for resale, donation, or disposal. Provide technical support and oversee waste processes with Operations and EHS teams.
Amazon Robotics (AR) Quarterback: Monitor floor health of the robotic field and lead safe work dispatch for Amnesty Floor Monitors, coordinating with learning, RME and operations using real-time data to drive standard work.
Floor Health Monitor: Authorized to access AR floors and perform tasks, including issue resolution and amnesty processing support for associates.
Data Analyst: Provide data and analytical support for ICQA and operations in Inbound/Outbound, support ACES initiatives, root cause investigations, and ensure SoX/ICQA compliance.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
A completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail)
Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
