The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong track record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant and Shipping Clerk. All role types will include performing production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them and keeping their work areas safe. Key Roles (examples of responsibilities)

ISS Representative: Maintain the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the FC, report and re-escalate tickets, facilitate resolution of items that cannot be received under normal conditions, and handle Retail requests with tactical and strategic consideration. Process Assistant: Support daily management of department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, communicate with internal and external suppliers, escalate barriers, and drive standard work in Safety, Quality and Productivity. Dock Clerk: Manage inbound flow from scheduling to receipt, communicate with carriers, coordinate with the corporate transportation group and dock personnel, plan inbound arrivals, ensure carrier compliance, manage buffers, and lead dock staff. Receiving Clerk: Schedule inbound deliveries, communicate with carriers and receivers, maintain knowledge of scheduled appointments and releases, and train back-up clerks. Shipping Clerk: Coordinate with multiple shipping companies, use shipping software to ship and track packages, coordinate trailers to dock doors and cross docks, and ensure compliance with trailer release processes. Non-Inventory Receive Clerk: Manage non-inventory flow with Procurement, organize supplies and tools, research missing shipments, stage products, operate PIT equipment, and track receipts. Regulated Waste Coordinator: Lead the Waste Program within the FC, ensure compliance with regulations, provide technical support, and oversee waste handling in partnership with Operations and EHS teams. Amazon Robotics (AR) Quarterback: Monitor floor health of robotic systems, lead safe work dispatch for Amnesty Floor Monitors, coordinate with learning, RME and Operations using real-time data to drive standard work. Floor Health Monitor: Perform duties of Amnesty Floor Monitors trained to access AR floors and support operations and issue resolution. Data Analyst: Provide data and analytical support for ICQA and operations (Inbound/Outbound), investigate defects, and support ICQA SoX compliance. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience High school or equivalent Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
