Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features, performance, and innovative technology Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and returning clients Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to delivery Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options professionally and transparently Stay current with advancements in vehicle technology, safety systems, innovations, and digital sales tools Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand What We're Looking For
