The Senior Associate of SMA Marketing will support our SMA solutions business with a focus on developing compliant, high-impact marketing content for US market offerings. This role partners closely with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Global Product Solutions (GPS), and Legal & Compliance to ensure all collateral, narratives, and digital activations meet Citi and BlackRock branding, legal, and regulatory standards. This role will help build a content strategy and arsenal for both the Private Banking and Citigold offerings for Citi and eventually exporting the arsenal to other key partner firms. Responsibilities
Content Development & Management: Develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral and narratives for new offerings to expand our SMA Solutions business using approved language and disclosures. Leverage AI capabilities to increase efficiency of collateral development and management. Ensure all materials include accurate disclaimers, footnotes, and sub-advisor language in accordance with Citi and BlackRock legal requirements. Branding, Naming & Compliance Alignment: Partner with Brand and Legal teams to apply approved naming conventions, logo lockups, and written treatments across all materials. Support reviews and updates related to branding sensitivities and global sub-advisor terminology considerations. Track and document compliance approvals and required updates in coordination with Legal & Compliance partners. Digital & Platform Support: Support refresh and ongoing updates to the web ecosystem with LLM requirements in mind, ensuring content is current, compliant, and aligned with broader platform narratives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Support: Work closely with marketing leads to support overall coordination, stakeholder alignment, and content prioritization. Partner with Project Management to track deliverables, manage timelines, and flag risks related to content development. Contribute to process definition and future-state planning for content and data automation, including fact sheet automation post-Aladdin integration. Qualifications
Required
3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content development, and/or product marketing, preferably within wealth management, HNW, SMA, or investment solutions. Demonstrated experience developing compliant financial marketing content in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously. Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a matrixed reporting environment. Preferred
Familiarity with LLM models, web ecosystems, digital marketing, SMA platforms, or digital distribution hubs. Experience working within large asset managers or global financial institutions with complex branding and regulatory environments. Scope & Focus

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$135,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. For Princeton, NJ Only the salary range for this position is USD$90,000.00 - USD$120,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
