Help Desk / IT Support Specialist (Remote Opportunities)
Location:
Remote – U.S. Based Candidates
Belle Lynn Sourcing is currently connecting with experienced Help Desk and IT Support professionals across the United States for remote opportunities supporting a growing technology and service organization.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience providing technical support in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.
Typical Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support to internal users or external customers
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
Manage and resolve support tickets using help desk platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
Document solutions and maintain accurate service records
Preferred Qualifications
1–5+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VPN access, and basic networking
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
