Description
Draft, review, and negotiate complex IP and technology-related agreements. Provide legal guidance on intellectual property matters, including licensing and compliance. Advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues. Collaborate with internal teams to address regulatory and compliance matters. Assist with due diligence for M&A and other corporate transactions. Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP and technology laws. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legal regulations. A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar. Strong knowledge of intellectual property and technology laws. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional services environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Competitive salary ranging from $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full-time employment. 10 paid holidays per year.
