Description
Advise clients on intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP agreements and licenses.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters.
Represent clients in IP-related litigation and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IP strategies.
Provide guidance on IP compliance and regulatory matters.
Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and technology trends.
Support business development initiatives by contributing to client pitches and proposals.

Profile A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in NY or eligibility to waive in.
2-4 years of post‑JD experience in patent prosecution and IP litigation.
Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and drafting abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $310,000 USD, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
