Description
Advise clients on intellectual property disputes, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Prepare and manage litigation strategies for intellectual property cases. Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure comprehensive legal support. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations. Provide strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property protection and enforcement. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in New York. Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and litigation processes. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
