We are representing an Elite Global 100 Law Firm seeking a high-performing Intellectual Property Associate to join their premier Disputes Practice. This group is renowned for handling "bet-the-company" patent litigation for the world's most innovative technology giants. This is not a "document review" role. You will be integrated into trial teams immediately, working on complex hardware and software disputes that shape the future of the tech industry. The Technical Edge
Our client seeks candidates who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and persuasive legal advocacy. We are looking for: Academic Background:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent high-level technical experience). Litigation Foundation:
1–5 years of experience in an Am Law 100 firm, specifically focusing on patent infringement and IP disputes. Bar Admission:
Must be an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction for which you are applying (MA, IL, DC, or CA). Core Responsibilities
Strategic Drafting:
Authoring high-stakes motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Technical Analysis:
Conducting infringement/invalidity analyses and working closely with technical experts. Deposition & Courtroom Prep:
Participating in depositions and preparing for Markman hearings and trials. Case Management:
Managing the lifecycle of complex patent disputes in federal courts and the ITC. Why This Role?
