You will translate complex biological innovations into robust intellectual property assets that define the future of the life sciences industry.
Scientific Focus & Impact You will provide high-level patent prosecution and strategic counseling for pioneers in:
Next-Gen Therapeutics:
DNA/RNA therapeutics and chemical biology.
Advanced Immunology:
Novel antibody platforms and vaccine technologies.
Genetic Engineering:
CRISPR, gene-editing, and synthetic biology.
Cellular Innovation:
Molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell-based therapies.
The Ideal Candidate
The Scientist:
An advanced degree is required ( Ph.D. preferred ) in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or Cell Biology).
The Legal Practitioner:
1–5 years of sophisticated patent prosecution experience within a high-growth biotech practice or large law firm.
The Credentialed Expert:
Must hold a
USPTO Registration Number . (Candidates currently preparing for the Patent Bar or willing to pass within the first 12 months of hire will also be considered).
The Strategist:
A knack for translating dense technical data into clear, defensible patent claims that withstand global scrutiny.
Top-Tier Compensation:
Anticipated salary range of
$225,000 to $435,000 , adjusted for experience, expertise, and market performance.
