Our Al handles call intake, job classification, scheduling assistance, and operational coordination by integrating directly with platforms like ServiceTitan.
Home services is a $700B+ industry that still runs on manual processes and fragmented software. Our mission is to deploy AI agents that remove operational friction and allow service companies to scale revenue without scaling overhead.
We are building a small team of highly motivated operators who want to build something meaningful and get paid accordingly.
Role Description
We are hiring a Business Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. Your job is simple: generate qualified meetings with home service companies that want to modernize their operations with AI. You will run high-volume outbound campaigns targeting HVAC, plumbing, and pest control companies across the U.S. Daily activity expectation: 150 outbound calls per day cold outreach and prospect qualification Expected booking rate: ~5% If you are comfortable with high activity and high ownership, this role has one of the highest earning potentials in SaaS business development. Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Communication and relationship-building abilities Experience in Sales and Business Development Proactive attitude and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment Knowledge of AI or software development tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Compensation
30% commission on closed deals generated from your meetings 10% residual revenue for the life of the customer Residual payments continue as long as the customer maintains their subscription This means every deal you generate becomes a long-term asset. Close enough deals and you can literally build a recurring income stream that pays you for years.
