The Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
Continuous Improvement Leader
to drive enterprise-wide operational excellence. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking CI professional who excels at leading high-impact Kaizen events and is motivated to expand into broader operational leadership, with a long-term path toward Plant Operations Management. Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact
Kaizen events
delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and operational performance Develop and coach employees at all levels in
Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies Build and execute
30/60/90-day sustainment plans
to ensure improvements are embedded long-term Partner with plant and organizational leadership to
prioritize and execute CI initiatives
aligned with business objectives Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean tools, including:
Daily Management Systems 6S Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Total Process Improvement (TPI) Structured Problem Solving (A3, 8D, DMAIC) Gemba Walks, Flow, and Kanban systems
Champion a culture of continuous improvement through audits, engagement, and disciplined follow-through Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred) 8+ years
of experience leading Kaizen events and CI initiatives with measurable results 7+ years
of experience in manufacturing or assembly environments Expert-level knowledge of Lean tools and structured problem-solving methodologies Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels Proven ability to sustain improvements through disciplined follow-up and accountability
