Program Overview This role is part of a 6-month executive-sponsored talent acceleration program designed for early-career professionals. Participants will work on innovation-driven projects within the Customer Experience & Success (CEnS) organization, gaining hands-on exposure to AI, analytics, and strategic problem-solving while collaborating with senior leaders. The program focuses on rapid skill development, real business impact, and career acceleration.
Education Requirements
Required Major: IT or Computer Science related fields only.

Experience through coursework, projects, or internships in: Agentic AI solutions or AI-driven automation workflows
Data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

Prototype development and solution design
