Overview
Our client located in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Real Estate Representative with shopping center real estate experience to support a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This is a direct hire.

Responsibilities
Site Identification & Deal Management
Proactively source and evaluate new retail site opportunities
Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs)
Analyze market rents, zoning, traffic counts, population data, and site functionality
Track and manage deal pipeline across multiple markets
Conduct demographic and competitive market analysis
Develop market surveys, tour books, and strategic site presentations
Present strategic recommendations and deal updates to senior leadership
Broker & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as primary contact for listing brokers and property owners
Organize and conduct site tours
Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions
Interface with economic development professionals and community partners
Industry Representation
Represent the company at ICSC events and trade shows
Support networking and business development efforts
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial shopping center real estate. Not interested in office, industrial, or other areas of real estate.
Active ICSC membership required.
Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (required). If you do not have it at the time of the offer you must obtain the license within the first 60 days of employment.
Strong LOI drafting and negotiation experience.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, and CoStar.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and passport with possible travel to Canada and Mexico.
