As Business Development Representative at IB Technology, you’ll actively work with customers to initiate prospective ventures within the field of electronic security. This role involves representing and promoting the growth and establishment of our company. In this position you will: Proactively identify and engage decision-makers across commercial and industrial sectors Generate and qualify new business opportunities in: Access control systems Integrated and critical security solutions Build and maintain a structured, measurable sales pipeline Conduct in-person prospecting, client visits, and networking initiatives Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity discipline Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to support proposals and project development WhatWe’reLooking For
Experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, IT infrastructure, or related industries preferred Proven experience in B2B business development or technical sales Strong prospecting ability and comfort with field-driven sales Experience engaging with enterprise or industrial clients is a plus Professional communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, structured, and accountable Based in San Antonio, TX, with availability for in-person client engagement About IB Technology
