The Prime Video International (PVI) Marketing Team drives customer growth and engagement through a broad mix of channels across marketplaces, supporting Europe, Latin America, Canada, and more. We are seeking a results-oriented marketing leader who will be responsible for driving the Traffic and Lifecycle strategy for Prime Video International through centralized roadmap management and cross-regional coordination. As the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience by (1) centralizing outputs from regional Traffic & Lifecycle owners and managing the experiment roadmap, (2) owning the overall Traffic and Lifecycle roadmap and providing leadership updates on progress and learnings, and (3) defining the measurement framework for lifecycle and owning reporting inputs in regular business reviews, coordinating with other teams as applicable. Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating expertise in marketing experimentation & roadmap prioritization Navigating complex regional structures with excellent organizational abilities Own the relationship with regional Growth & Engagement managers, ensuring local teams have a key stakeholder to collaborate with when unlocking new marketing initiatives for their region Maintain a high bar for strategic alignment and define success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes for cross-regional initiatives Learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Preferred Qualifications
