The Prime Video International (PVI) Marketing Team is responsible for driving customer growth and engagement through a broad combination of marketing channels across marketplaces. Our team owns the Owned & Operated (O&O) marketing channels including Prime Video Storefront, Email, Amazon retail, and more, and supports markets across Europe, Latin America, Canada, and beyond. We are seeking a results‑oriented marketing leader who will be responsible for driving the Traffic and Lifecycle strategy for Prime Video International through centralized roadmap management and cross‑regional coordination. As the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will help deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by: Centralising outputs from regional Traffic & Lifecycle owners and managing the experiment roadmap, including ad‑hoc and new intake requests from regional leads. Owning the overall Traffic and Lifecycle roadmap and providing leadership updates on progress and learnings. Defining the measurement framework for lifecycle and owning reporting inputs in regular business reviews, coordinating with other teams as applicable. Our environment is fast‑paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline‑driven work environment with multiple regional stakeholders. Key job responsibilities Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating expertise in marketing experimentation & roadmap prioritisation. Navigating complex regional structures with excellent organisational abilities. Own the relationship with regional Growth & Engagement managers, ensuring that local teams have one key stakeholder to work with when trying to unlock new marketing initiatives for their region. Hold a high bar for strategic alignment and define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for cross‑regional initiatives. Learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience. 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programmes. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programmes. Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages. Preferred Qualifications Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners. Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
