The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Visual Designer II to lead high-impact digital campaigns and elevate visual craft across our web product and marketing channels. This is a senior individual contributor role with mentorship responsibility, so a desire to help others grow is highly valued. You’ll own complex design initiatives while guiding and elevating mid-level and junior designers through critique, direction, and example.

What you'll do:
Digital Campaigns & Marketing
Lead visual direction for integrated digital campaigns (web, social, advertising)
Build scalable creative systems and adaptable campaign toolkits
Translate strategy into compelling, conversion-minded visual concepts
Web & Product Surfaces
Design hero art, modules, promos, and illustrations native to the product experience
Partner with Product Design on states, specs, and UX alignment
Ensure visual consistency across user journeys and feature launches
Mentor and develop mid-level and junior designers through structured, constructive critique
Review work for craft excellence, brand alignment, and scalability
Raise the team’s visual standards and contribute to evolving best practices
Model strong presentation skills and clear creative rationale
End-to-End Execution
Own projects from brief through concept, execution, and delivery
Present multiple directions with clear strategic reasoning
Deliver production-ready, optimized files with strong organization standards
You Have:
6+ years of professional digital visual design experience (consumer, media, product-adjacent, or campaign-focused environments)
Proven leadership as a senior individual contributor mentoring other designers
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, web visuals, scalable systems, and cross‑functional collaboration
Mastery of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, color, and brand consistency
Experience collaborating with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and Developers
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback
Strong organizational skills and production-level file preparation
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)
Familiarity with motion workflows (Rive, Lottie, or willingness to learn Rive)
Experience using project management and review tools (ClickUp, ZiFlow, or similar)
Bonus Points:
Experience in fast-paced in-house creative teams or agency environments
Experience building or evolving visual systems across both marketing and product
Comfort working in high-growth, high-visibility digital platforms

The Base Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $143,000 USD. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate’s specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
