Rated Red is hiring a contract Video Editor to help us produce high energy, story driven content for our growing digital audience of more than 2 million followers. The role is in person at our office, with flexibility to work remote some days. We create original shows, branded content, sports features, lifestyle pieces, and Heartland culture stories that resonate with millennial men across the Southeast and beyond. Our tone is bold, authentic, and entertaining. We move fast and expect the same from our editors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and can take raw footage and turn it into compelling, polished stories ready for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and brand partners. You will work directly with our producer and creative team to shape episodes, social cutdowns, and sponsored integrations. Responsibilities Edit long form YouTube episodes and branded series Create short form vertical cuts for social platforms Add music, sound design, graphics, and pacing that elevate storytelling Incorporate sponsor integrations cleanly and professionally Color correct and mix audio for final delivery Deliver both 16:9 and 9:16 exports Meet deadlines in a fast turnaround production cycle We are looking for someone who understands internet pacing, knows how to hook viewers early, and can build momentum throughout a piece. #J-18808-Ljbffr
