With a strong presence in corporate, workplace, and hospitality design, the Tampa office is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer to help create cohesive, branded experiences and integrated wayfinding systems.

About the Role The Environmental Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with architecture and interiors teams to bring branded environments to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys integrating storytelling, spatial design, and visual communication into physical spaces.
Key Responsibilities Develop environmental graphics, signage systems, and branded experiences for corporate and commercial interiors
Support concept development, design detailing, and documentation
Translate brand strategy into physical spaces through graphics, typography, and wayfinding
Prepare presentation materials and visual mockups for client review
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration
Produce detailed drawing packages and specifications for fabrication and installation
Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed
Qualifications 3–5+ years of professional experience in environmental graphic design, signage, or experiential design
Corporate or commercial interiors experience preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating environmental graphic systems, wayfinding, branded environments, and spatial graphics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
Working knowledge of Revit and/or SketchUp preferred
Strong conceptual thinking paired with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary studio environment
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, or related field required
