With a strong presence in corporate, workplace, and hospitality design, the Nashville office is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer to support branded environments and integrated wayfinding systems. About the Role The Environmental Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with architecture and interiors teams to create cohesive, branded experiences across built environments. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, spatial design, signage, and visual communication. Key Responsibilities Develop environmental graphics, signage systems, and branded experiences within corporate and commercial interiors Contribute to concept development, design detailing, and documentation Translate brand strategy into physical space through graphics, typography, and wayfinding Produce presentation materials and visual mockups for client review Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration Prepare detailed drawing packages and specifications for fabrication and installation Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed Qualifications 3–5+ years of professional experience in environmental graphic design, experiential design, or signage design Experience working on corporate or commercial interior projects preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, wayfinding systems, branded environments, and spatial graphics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required) Working knowledge of Revit and/or SketchUp preferred Strong conceptual thinking paired with attention to detail Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary studio environment Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, or related field required Why Join This Firm Design-first culture focused on innovation and creative rigor Opportunity to work on high-end corporate and hospitality environments Collaborative studio environment with strong employee tenure Exposure to forward-thinking tools and integrated design processes Candidates must submit a strong portfolio showcasing environmental graphic systems and built work examples.
