Associate Photographer - Denver Overview CoStar Group is a leading global provider of real estate information and online marketplaces. The Associate Photographer will create virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and iPad. Photographers work within a core territory, schedule appointments, and capture 3‑D virtual tours and marketing photography for residential homes and apartments. Responsibilities Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photography for residential homes and apartments. Work with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management. Navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and photograph missing properties. Abide by CoStar safety standards and represent the company professionally at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate. Experienced with Matterport Pro 3 or similar 3‑D scanning equipment. FAA Part 107 Drone Certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Strong time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements Repetitive sitting in a vehicle, standing/walking up to 8 hours per day, lifting equipment up to 5 lb, and occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying. Must work outside in all seasons, drive weekends on a rotating schedule. Compensation Hourly pay equivalent to $49,000‑$50,000 annually with monthly performance‑based bonuses.
