About CoPatible CoPatible is building a Relationship OS that helps people meet the right people at the right moment in their life. We start with real-life experiences and curated connection circles for people navigating similar life chapters, such as moving to a new city, building a career, or starting something new. We believe connection is contextual. The people you need change as your life changes, and there should be intentional spaces that reflect that. The Role We’re launching a podcast as part of CoPatible’s community and brand. This podcast will spotlight real people, real transitions, and real connection. As our Podcast & Community Storytelling Intern, you’ll be responsible for interviewing members of the CoPatible community and helping share stories that reflect what it feels like to navigate major life stages today. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, community, and human connection. What You’ll Do Interview CoPatible users and community members about their life chapters, transitions, and experiences with connection Host or co-host podcast episodes in a conversational, thoughtful, human way Help shape episode themes around life stages such as moving to a new city, building a startup, career transitions, and loneliness Capture stories that show how meaningful introductions and aligned relationships can change someone’s experience Collaborate on podcast structure, questions, and format Help distribute episodes across platforms and social channels Gather insights from conversations that can inform product direction and community growth What We’re Looking For Strong listener with natural curiosity about people and their stories Comfortable having meaningful conversations and asking thoughtful questions Interested in psychology, relationships, community, or life transitions Strong verbal communication skills Organized and reliable with follow-ups and scheduling Bonus: experience with podcasting, audio editing, journalism, or content creation Why This Role Matters This podcast isn’t about promotion.
