Job Overview The IT User Desk Analyst provides end user support for user's technical and application issues while also supporting the IT Infrastructure and Systems team as necessary. This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week in our Addison, TX office. Responsibilities Provide technical support for workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, servers and other IT related systems Create and manage user accounts and access Perform Office 365 and network administration Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and elevate as necessary Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures and end-user training Requirements 2+ years of experience is required Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of Office 365 Administration, Microsoft Office and Active Directory Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Networking - Router, Switch, Firewall, AP etc. Mobile Device Management AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android Perks & Benefits Hybrid - Must be on-site 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week remote Multiple medical plan options Health Savings Account with company contributions Dental & vision coverage for you and your dependents 401k with Company match Vacation, sick time & Company paid holidays Company wellbeing program with health insurance incentives What's Next If you're ready to bring your skills and passion to our growing team, we want to hear from you!
