Our client, a corporate conference company, is seeking a commercially minded and intellectually curious Conference Content / Program Lead to support its defense and government-focused events portfolio. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential for the right candidate to develop as a project leader, working toward a high degree of autonomy while delivering world-class events and content. Responsibilities Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure points and investment priorities, defining the commercial angle for your event and product portfolio Recruit senior military leaders to deliver keynote briefings, participate in panels, and contribute to interactive roundtables Develop compelling narratives for each event and take ownership of driving that messaging internally and externally Deliver cross-functional briefings and manage projects across the full event lifecycle Deliver in-person conferences on-site; travel domestically and internationally to represent our client and support an outstanding customer experience and retention Develop innovative, engaging content in dynamic formats Qualifications Future business leaders.
