Marketing here plays a direct role in driving traffic, leads, and sales across every community, and delivering quality work on time each week.
We have an exciting and unique opportunity as we search for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts operator and marketer. You will own the marketing calendar, run the weekly marketing meeting, manage a small team, coordinate vendors, and deliver high volume work without compromising deadlines. You will make decisions, solve problems fast, and keep projects moving from start to finish.

Reports to: VP Sales and Marketing
Direct reports: Videographer, Offshore Marketing Coordinator
Works closely with: Sales leadership, Operations, and outside PR or agency partners as needed
What you will own
Marketing operations and execution
Own the marketing calendar, timelines, and weekly priorities across communities
Run a consistent weekly Marketing L10 meeting with clear scorecard, priorities, and accountability
Build efficient systems that keep work organized, visible, and on time
Coordinate vendors, printers, and partners to deliver on schedule
Triage new requests, set expectations, and communicate tradeoffs clearly
Manage multiple concurrent projects without missed deadlines or dropped deliverables
Lead generation and sales enablement
Launch online and offline campaigns that drive qualified traffic, appointments, and sales
Ensure every sales team member has current community specific collateral, signage, and tools
Partner with sales leadership to solve community level sales challenges with fast, practical marketing actions
Tour communities regularly to confirm signage, collateral, and presentation standards are current and up-to-date
Creative, content, and brand standards
Produce and oversee print and digital materials including flyers, signage, emails, ads, landing pages, blogs and social content
Write clear, persuasive copy for campaigns and customer communications
Coordinate photography, video, and content production and keep standards consistent
Protect brand consistency across all communities while moving at high speed
Website and performance tracking
Maintain accurate website content, pricing, and digital marketing assets
Track performance metrics, identify what is working, and recommend improvements
Deliver a monthly marketing performance report on time with actionable insights

Qualifications
3 to 7 plus years of marketing experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
CRM and website management experience, or strong willingness to learn quickly
Comfortable using metrics and data to guide decisions
Strong judgment, prioritization, and follow through
Nice to have
Homebuilding, real estate, or retail marketing experience
Event marketing experience
Photography, video, or light podcast editing experience
