We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, managing multiple beauty brands simultaneously. As part of a collaborative marketing organization, you will oversee influencer partnerships, social strategy, PR initiatives, and content development across a diverse brand portfolio. Who You Are A multi-brand thinker comfortable managing several brands at once, similar to an agency environment A strategic storyteller who understands how influencer, social, and PR efforts drive business results Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple launches, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously Resilient and energized by a dynamic, fast-moving beauty landscape Passionate about beauty, fashion trends, emerging platforms, and influencer culture A collaborative team player who can also self-manage projects and deadlines Comfortable switching between brand voices, aesthetics, and audiences Key Responsibilities Influencer & Partnership Management Develop and execute influencer strategies across multiple brands aligned with product launches and business goals Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI across brand portfolios Maintain ongoing communication with influencer partners and talent agencies Build scalable influencer programs that drive awareness and revenue Multi-Brand Social Strategy Develop social strategies tailored to each brand’s positioning and audience Oversee content calendars and messaging across assigned brand handles Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights Ensure consistency of brand voice while adapting to each brand identity Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership Content & Creative Execution Organize and manage social shoots and content creation initiatives Oversee development of short‑form content, social graphics, and video assets Guide copywriting and creative direction across platforms Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and social teams PR & Brand Activation Draft press releases aligned with product launches and brand milestones Pitch stories and maintain relationships with media contacts Support planning and execution of brand events and influencer activations Oversee day‑to‑day messaging, engagement, and community management Monitor social channel health, audience growth, and engagement performance Supervise social assistants and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Qualifications 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or agency environment Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and project management skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Excel, Canva, and social media platforms Self‑motivated, reliable, and solutions‑oriented For consideration, please send your resume.
