Compensation : $40,000 - $50,000 (annually), commensurate with experience

Role Overview
As a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our multifaceted marketing approach. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media management, influencer collaborations, and event planning.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns:
Support strategy development, campaign concepting, execution, and reporting.
Ability to manage timelines and prioritize day-to-day tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
Build and maintain strong influencer relationships:
Assist in cultivating and nurturing relationships with key creators, influencers, and talent.
Keep up to date with trending social content themes, new talent on the rise, and potential areas of activation opportunity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Work closely with clients, partner agencies, and the Far Outtt team to achieve campaign goals.
Data-driven performance marketing:
Develop compelling presentations and reports for clients.
Analyze campaign data to identify key insights and inform future strategies.
Quality Analysis:
Risk assessment of potential influencer talent. Conduct thorough due diligence, including audience analysis, content review, and brand safety, to ensure alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in marketing (post-grad preferred; internship experience considered).
Prior experience in influencer, talent, or creator marketing.
Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and event planning.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.
Proficiency in: Social Media Platforms (all major platforms), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.), Presentation Software (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
