Job Summary The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for design, editing, motion graphics, and related tasks for video projects as part of the Creative team at RxBenefits. Video projects may range from short social media posts to long webinars, for use in locations ranging from RxBenefits social media accounts to the RxBenefits website. The Creative team primarily uses Adobe Creative Suite but will expand our software portfolio based on your needs. The Multimedia Designer will use their skills to deliver the RxBenefits message to both external and internal customers. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, copywriters, creative directors, social media managers, and/or other members of the Marketing team
Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animation
Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to the specifications of a variety of media
Collaborating with graphic designers and creative directors to create digital media as part of a cohesive campaign
Performing media edits based on feedback
Preparing artwork and media for final approval and distribution
Attending and assisting with video shoots on-site, if local or able to travel
All other assigned duties
Required Skills / Experience College degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field strongly preferred
At least three years’ experience in a similar role
A portfolio of multimedia design content showing skills and experience
Intermediate-to advanced-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs
Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine or other 3D programs is a plus
Excellent knowledge of visual design principles and motion graphics
Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context
Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes
Ability to communicate and work collaboratively Compensation and Benefits Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $62,400 - $78,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
