A local company is looking for a Power Equipment Service Writer to assist customers and coordinate repair orders for small engine and power equipment service.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and documenting service needs
Writing and managing repair work orders
Communicating with technicians about equipment repairs
Updating customers on service status and timelines
Ordering parts and maintaining service records
Requirements:
Previous experience as a service writer or in equipment repair service environment
Knowledge of power equipment or small engines preferred
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Previous experience required - this position will not train.
