Lead and manage a team of 4–5 designers, plus a content designer and researcher (dotted-line reporting) Guide the team to deliver on product strategy and design vision Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Data teams to improve user journeys end to end Support designers with career development, feedback, and performance goals Drive both short-term delivery and long-term product experience vision Ensure high design quality while enabling fast, iterative delivery Run design reviews and contribute to cross-functional product decisions Improve team processes and design operations for scale and impact Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership 8+ years of experience in product/UX design, including B2C products 4+ years managing and leading design teams Experience leading multiple complex product areas with measurable results Strong experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Proven ability to take ideas from concept to launch Experience with experimentation and data-informed design processes Excellent design craft and rapid concept development skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable influencing product strategy and making trade-offs Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for clarity and action #J-18808-Ljbffr
