Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator to support our brand's marketing initiatives. This hybrid role combines strategic coordination with hands-on content creation across digital, social, and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate excels at storytelling, project management, and executing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across promotions, events, and content releases.
  • Prepare reports that analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and KPIs.
  • Assist with event marketing entertainment shows including show organization, ticketing and day of show operations, and community outreach as needed.
  • Responsible for reconciliation process of all invoices.
  • Ensures communication and adherence to all brand standards.
  • Coordinates with vendors on delivery of collateral, signage, posting of billboards and other advertising material.
  • Partners with and manages relationships with all related departments across the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Content Creation
  • Develops and edits digital and website content.
  • Produce high-quality content for social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Create visual assets such as social graphics, short-form videos, reels, and basic photography.
  • Write compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media accounts: posting, community engagement, monitoring trends, and reporting insights.
  • Work with in-house designer and corporate video editor/graphic designer and brand manager when more advanced assets are needed.
  • Keep up with digital content and industry trends to recommend new creative approaches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content best practices.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and CRM platforms is a plus.

Pay Range

USD $45,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.
