Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients in Boca Raton, FL! The Marketing Coordinator supports digital and print content creation, project coordination, design, and general marketing operations. The ideal candidate is collaborative, eager to grow and learn, and has strong creative aptitude.
Responsibilities
Create content for digital and print channels (social media, email, website, brochures, presentations, etc.). Write, proofread, and edit marketing materials to ensure clarity and brand consistency. Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. Manage marketing project timelines, tasks, and cross‑functional communication. Assist with campaign execution, product launches, and event support. Maintain and update website content and digital asset libraries. Schedule and support social media posting and engagement. Help execute email campaigns and basic analytics reporting. Handle marketing administrative tasks including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and material distribution. Conduct industry and competitor research to support marketing strategy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of marketing experience preferred. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Familiarity with website CMS platforms, social media tools, and email marketing systems. Strong organizational and project‑management abilities. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively. Creative thinker with high attention to detail and brand alignment.
