We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator with approximately 3 years of experience to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, content, and campaign coordination, with hands‑on experience in Adobe InDesign and WordPress. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels Design and produce marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual standards Manage and update website content using WordPress, including landing pages, blog posts, and basic SEO optimization Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope Assist in content creation including copywriting, graphics, and email marketing materials Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and asset libraries Support event planning, promotions, and product launches as needed Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Approximately 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator or similar role Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus Hands‑on experience managing content in WordPress Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
